Valusol inc. was founded in 2008 and is located on the south shore of Montreal.

François Prud’homme, M.Sc. Geo. is one of the founders and is the President and CEO.
He graduated from UQAM with a bachelor’s degree in geology and a master’s degree in environment.
He has worked as a professional in the environmental sector for over 20 years.

He developed expertise in the field of environmental services and construction work related to it, such as the recovery of the underpinning and the support strategies involving exceptional technical constraints.

In addition, the company qualifies under 23 categories of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), including installation of petroleum equipment and pile and special foundation contractor. As an entrepreneur, he knows how to be an inspiring and stimulating leader who manages to bring together talented people for his great project.

In 2013, Valusol Inc. qualified for the international standard for good quality management ISO 9001-2008 and has maintained and upgraded it to this day. It is now qualified and audited each year for the ISO9001-2015 standard. This demanding and annual exercise allows the members of the company to understand and consolidate the company’s values, namely:
